Tourism May 2017 (East Java Province)

During May 2017 the number of foreign tourists in East Java from the entrance of Juanda decreased by 4.85 percent while the star-rated hotels ROR (Room Occupancy Rate) rose by 1.02 points. Most tourists from Malaysia (3,068 visits), Singapore (2,163 visits or up), and China (1,567 visits).

 

According to the star classification, the ROR of 4 star hotels in May 2017 reached 67.46 percent and is the highest ROR compared to other star hotels. Furthermore, the ROR of 2 star by 65.81 percent, followed by 3 star hotels by 56.60 percent, 1 star by 39.19 percent, and 5 star hotels by 38.87 percent.
